SoulFire sessions focus on somatic practices that foster mental well-being through the profound layers of yoga beyond the poses—meditation, breathwork, mudras, thought patterns, and the transformative power of intention and self-awareness. As part of the somatic healing process, I also incorporate a deeply therapeutic approach to sound healing, using vibration and frequency to calm the nervous system, align the body, and restore balance to your energy.
I am deeply committed to the practice of yoga as a healing modality, supporting adults, teens, littles, and neurodiverse learners in navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, suicidality, social and emotional development, emotional regulation, grief, and PTSD.
I truly believe, with every fiber of my being, that everyone deserves a yoga therapist in their corner—someone to walk alongside them on their journey toward healing, growth, and empowerment.
