Somatic Therapy Intake Session 

(90 minutes – $175)

This is a required first step before beginning ongoing somatic therapy. Together, we’ll review your completed intake packet, discuss your goals, and explore what you're hoping to receive from this work. This session includes time to begin building rapport, clarifying your needs, and ensuring that my approach aligns with your expectations. Afterward, I’ll create a personalized treatment plan to guide your healing journey.

Follow-up somatic therapy sessions are 60 minutes ($85).
